Cancellation Policy

1.⁠ ⁠Booking Confirmation All bookings are confirmed once a written confirmation has been sent and any required deposit or full payment has been received. 2.⁠ ⁠Payment Standard transfers require full payment or deposit at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, PayPal 3.⁠ ⁠Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service: full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service: 50% refund. No-shows or cancellations within 12 hours of the service: no refund. 4.⁠ ⁠Changes to Booking Any change in date, time, or number of passengers must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Changes are subject to availability. 5.⁠ ⁠Delays & Flight Changes For airport transfers: please provide your flight number and arrival time. If your flight is delayed, we track your flight and adjust pickup time accordingly. Extended waiting beyond 30 minutes at arrival may incur additional fees. 6.⁠ ⁠Responsibility We ensure safe, comfortable, and reliable service. Clients are responsible for their personal belongings. We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of unsafe behavior or illegal activities. 7.⁠ ⁠Privacy & Discretion All bookings are handled with full discretion. Client information is confidential and will never be shared.
